ABOUT THIS SPACE

As millennials, our grief is often unseen
but it’s still real.

We carry silent losses behind strong faces: the death of loved ones, broken friendships, generational trauma, life transitions no one warned us about.
People expect us to “bounce back” — but grieving isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a sign that we’ve loved deeply.

At Grieve Good, we create a space where your grief is valid, your healing is honored, and your journey forward is supported.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” – Psalm 147:3

You deserve to grieve good — in your own way, in your own time.

Let me hold your hand as we navigate this healing journey together.

-Dr. Brittany Lawrence-Jeatter

MANY FACES OF GRIEF

  • Millennials are grieving more than just death.
We’re grieving broken relationships, missed milestones, career setbacks, and generational trauma — all while being expected to “keep going.

  • Grief is often silent and misunderstood in our generation.
Because many millennials don’t fit the “typical” image of someone grieving, our pain is often overlooked or minimized.

  • Social media makes grief complicated.
We’re expected to show strength online while quietly battling heartbreak offline. Grief becomes something we perform, not process.

  • We often grieve without support.
Many millennials lack access to traditional grief resources or have never been taught how to process deep emotional loss in healthy ways.

  • Healing is possible — and we deserve it.

  • Millennials are redefining grief by seeking therapy, coaching, journaling, and safe spaces that allow us to grieve authentically and heal intentionally.

Grieve Good
Book

Review
Grieve Good is inspirational, as well as providing factual information on the grieving process. I enjoyed reading it and would recommend it to others seeking a better understanding of grief. Well done!
It’s such a blessing to know the author personally and to gain a deeper understanding of her journey. I had always wondered how she processed some of the pivotal moments in her life—moments I had only seen glimpses of on social media. Social media offers snapshots, but this book brings the full story to light. Watching those fragments come together was incredibly moving and rewarding.
